I know babies are not supposed to sleep on their stomachs, but I can’t get Avery to lay on his back for nothing.
He’s been sleeping like this since he could roll over on his belly at around 5 months. I always put him down on his back but he turns on to his stomach anyway.
Oh, and all that extra bedding? It’s to prevent him from rolling underneath his cabinet and crib when he sleeps on the floor in his nursery. No worries because I am extra careful that he doesn’t end up underneath any of the pillows. Besides, he’s strong enough now to get them off of him if needed.
